I recently stayed at Hotel Key for a week while visiting the city. The location was perfect as it was close to the train station and surrounded by a peaceful Chinese community. I loved the variety of dining options available nearby. Another great feature was the free parking, which made it convenient for me to commute to work in just 16 minutes. The streaming service with HBO Max, Netflix, and YouTube on the TV was a fantastic addition. I also want to give a shoutout to the exceptional service provided by the Indian cleaning lady.

As youngsters, we loved the clean and well-maintained lobby and hallways at the hotel. The rooms were also spotless and well-cleaned.
We felt truly taken care of during our stay, with no reason to complain.

The hotel had a convenient location, close to the airport and my family members. It was also only 16 minutes away from my job, a huge plus. the parking was free, although the spaces were a bit tight.
The room was in poor condition, with dirty sheets, a broken and unstitched mattress, and a sticky bathroom floor.

The location of the hotel was great, especially for those who rely on trains for transportation. It was also nice to be in a calm neighborhood with a vibrant Chinese community. there was a variety of different eating places nearby, offering a good selection of cuisines.
There were a few issues. there was some confusion during check-in regarding the charges and payment, which took a bit of time to resolve.
